Peer Groups

Peer groups provide learning and networking in a fun, informal, and confidential setting. They connect nonprofit professionals to their peers working at other nonprofit organizations.

Peer Group Options:

Executive Directors Peer Group
First Tuesday of the month from 12 to 1 p.m.

Managers Peer Group 
Second Wednesday of the month from 12 to 1 p.m.

CFO Peer Group 
Third Thursday of the month from 12 to 1 p.m.

Development Peer Group

Third Tuesday of the month from 12 to 1 p.m.

Marketing Peer Group
Fourth Tuesday of the month from 12 to 1 p.m.

Volunteer Engagement Peer Group
Third Wednesday of the month from 12 to 1 p.m.

Structure and Fees:

There is no cost to attend a peer group and we provide lunch for those who RSVP. Nonprofit professionals are always encouraged to join. The content of the meeting can include round table discussions, idea sharing, or a speaker. A Community Foundation staff member facilitates peer group meetings. Peer group members and staff commit to creating a confidential setting for peer groups.
