Important Event Information:
- Date: Saturday, January 18, 2025.
- Location: Doubletree Hotel, 350-1st Street NE, Cedar Rapids – Grand Ballroom .
- Parking: Parking is available in the ramp attached to the Doubletree Hotel and across the street in the parkade for a fee; some on-street parking is also available.
- Attire: We recommend guests dress as they would if they were attending a wedding.
The Convention Center will be set for dinner for 1,100+ attendees. Tickets are on-sale now and will sell out quickly.

- 10:50 pm – Program Ends and DJ/Dance Begins
- 12:30 am – Dance Ends
