Nonprofit Perspectives Help Guide Our Work
The Nonprofit Advisory Council includes nonprofit leaders who provide input and counsel on Community Foundation activities and programs for the staff and Board of Directors to consider from a nonprofit perspective. The Council advocates for the nonprofit sector by promoting its visibility and showcasing its accomplishments. The Council will periodically provide guidance on activities and programs of the Nonprofit Network. Typically, a Council member is a CEO or Executive Director of a Linn County nonprofit organization. Members are invited to join and serve a three-year term. They are eligible for a second term after the completion of their first term. Four meetings are held per year.
