Donor Relations Associate
Rachel supports the Development Team in building meaningful connections with donors. In her role, she helps steward donor relationships, coordinates engagement efforts, and assists with initiatives that strengthen partnerships and advance the Community Foundation’s impact.
She is proud to work at the Community Foundation because of its commitment to strengthening local nonprofits and creating lasting change. She enjoys building relationships with donors, learning from experienced colleagues, and seeing firsthand how philanthropy can positively impact the community.
Rachel graduated from Iowa State University in 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and a minor in Event Management. Originally from Cedar Rapids, she attended Xavier High School before continuing her education at Iowa State.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, working out, listening to music, and spending quality time with friends and family. As a new graduate beginning her professional career, she is excited to contribute to an organization that values generosity, collaboration, and long-term community growth.
