Groundswell Cafe’s 7th Birthday Celebration

Groundswell is celebrating its 7th birthday, and we want YOU to join us!
During the week of October 6-11, Groundswell Cafe is celebrating the birthday with a new Fall/Winter Menu, free birthday cookie with any meal, and festive decorations.
Groundswell Cafe is the only area pay-it-forward eatery.
Our menu features healthy and delicious soups, salads, sandwiches, and omelets with as much of the food as possible supplied by what we grow less than a mile away at the Cultivate Hope Urban Farm and in our on-site hydroponic garden.
At the register, guests can round up their bill or make a donation to help pay for a meal for someone who can’t afford it. Those who can’t afford to pay can order and enjoy our meals at no cost.
Stop in during our birthday week and help us celebrate!
