On January 15, the Community Foundation will host the first Nonprofit Know-How of 2020, which will feature a panel discussion to offer insights about the grantmaking process at the Community Foundation.

The panel includes a former Community Foundation grant committee member, a former grant writer for a local nonprofit, and two Senior Program Officers. Panel members will provide information and take questions from attendees.

“Our goal is to regularly interact with people working with nonprofits who are seeking grants,” said Carrie Walker, Nonprofit Network Manager. “We want to make sure organizations know what resources are available and to help them advocate for their missions.”

Nonprofit Know-How is a series of events hosted by the Nonprofit Network and designed to be fast, focused and free. Organizations are invited to send up to two people to this event. Registration is currently at capacity; email Carrie Walker at carrie.walker@gcrcf.org to be added to the waiting list.
