The Community Foundation is excited to announce that Elizabeth Cwik and Rochelle Naylor have been promoted to Senior Program Officers. Their new roles will allow them to engage more deeply in the leadership and strategy of the Community Foundation’s grantmaking work.

Elizabeth and Rochelle have a combined total of more than 20 years at the Community Foundation, giving them a deep understanding of its work and direction. As the Community Foundation seeks to enhance support of nonprofit efforts to create a vibrant community, in their roles, Rochelle and Elizabeth will assume responsibility for the success of grant programs.

“Grant funding is a core service offered by the Community Foundation as we work to fulfill part of our mission to strengthen nonprofits,” says Karla Twedt-Ball, Senior Vice President of Programs and Community Investment at the Community Foundation. “Elizabeth and Rochelle will guide and manage the administration of grant programs, policies and strategies.”

These promotions will allow the Community Foundation to ensure that all grant programs are administered consistently, intentionally and in alignment with the purpose of the funding—while maintaining the flexibility and capacity to respond to opportunities and challenges in the future.
