Program Officer
Sanjana manages the Community Foundation’s scholarship programs, Program Support Grants, and Linn County Grants, providing technical assistance for applicants and support for review committees.
Sanjana is passionate about working with nonprofits and helping them achieve their aspirations. Her background includes fundraising for nonprofits, sales, elder care services, and administrative training. Before joining the Community Foundation, she was part of the leadership team at The Bird House, a residential hospice home, having worked there since its inception.
Sanjana has a master’s degrees in Computer Management and Health Administration. A resident of Iowa for over two decades, Sanjana lives with her husband and two children. She enjoys reading, traveling, and experimenting with various world cuisines.
