DESCRIPTION:Join us Tuesday\, September 3 for an evening of true\, personal stories around the theme “What I Thought I Knew.” This Season 2 first of four shows brings our community together through laughter\, reflection\, and connection as featured storytellers and open-mic participants share glimpses into their lives. The show also includes music from a local musician. Come to listen\, or step up to the mic—either way\, you’ll leave with a deeper appreciation for the power of a good story. \nStorytellers of Cedar Rapids is presented by Matthew 25\, and produced by Akwi Nji and Courtney Ball. This series helps support the Community Building pillar of Matthew 25.
