Nonprofit Know-How: Media Relations

The Nonprofit Network will host Nonprofit Know-How: Media Relations on Tuesday, October 9, 2018, from 10 a.m.- 12 p.m. in the Whipple Auditorium at the downtown Cedar Rapids Public Library. Panelists will represent The Gazette and CBS2 Television, with Melissa McCarville, Communications Manager at the Economic Alliance moderating. Topics for the panel discussion will include: establishing relationships with the media, editorial calendars, news releases (timing and follow-up), story selection, and other tips in working with the media.
