A fast, free, and focused learning event on creating an organization’s journey and plan to infuse equity practices in their work and how to reflect that work in their grantmaking requests.

Karla Twedt-Ball, Senior Vice President of Programs and Community Investment, will share how, as grantmakers, the Community Foundation is focused on how to best serve our community now and into the future. We will share a few of the tools we have used to infuse equity into our work. Then we will invite local nonprofit leaders to share about tools they have used in their organizational journeys toward equity. To close our session, Senior Program Officer Rochelle Naylor will review the new 2023 grant application questions related to equity. All of these tools are intended to support an organization along on the journey. The session will be recorded.
