Nonprofit Know-How: Authentic Leadership to Improve Employee Wellbeing

Attendees will be equipped with an understanding of the historical philosophy of leadership and how it has changed over time to better support employee wellbeing. They will learn about the value of leading from a place of vulnerability and authenticity along with tools to best support and encourage employees to show up to work as their whole self.
