Join us for #GivingTuesdayNow, a global day of giving and unity, set to take place on May 5, 2020 as an emergency response to the unprecedented need caused by COVID-19. The day – organized by GivingTuesday – is designed to drive an influx of generosity, citizen engagement, business and philanthropy activation, and support for communities and nonprofits around the world.

Linn County residents are encouraged to join the movement and support a nonprofit on this day. Nonprofit organizations are facing unprecedented challenges as social distancing has impacted revenue and volunteerism, yet the need for services is higher than ever. Ensuring the stability of these organizations will be important to our recovery as a community. In addition to supporting local nonprofits, donors may also contribute to the COVID-19 Disaster Response Fund at the Community Foundation to distribute resources where the need is most critical. Toyota will provide a 1:1 match up to $25,000 for donations made to the fund for #GivingTuesdayNow.  To donate, click here.
