A popular training, Board Boot Camp, will cover these important topics: Board Recruitment, Governance vs. Management, Board Assessments, Committee Structures, Roles and Responsibilities of Board Members, and Board Chair/Executive Director relationships.Trainer: Kari McCann, Director of Nonprofit Partnerships and Grantmaking at the Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque

Cost: $40 per organization (for Executive Director and Board President), $20 individuals. Includes lunch.
