Dawn Gifford is the volunteer IT Director for Quilts of Valor Foundation. QOVF is a nationwide foundation that provides freedom quilts for military service members and veterans. Dawn has recently spent hundreds of hours implementing a new software program to track its requests for quilts. Dawn also volunteers locally by longarming (quilting the tops of) quilts at her own expense.
