Akwi is the Founder and Executive Director of The Hook – an organization designed to tell our community’s stories on stage. It was created by Akwi’s vision, creativity and hard work. Its programs provide the setting for people of all ages, experiences, and artistic skills to tell true stories of our community that educate, empower, and inspire positive connection.
