We recognize stewardship of the assets entrusted to us as one of our most important responsibilities. As a public charity, we adhere to the highest standards of operational excellence and are confirmed in compliance with National Standards for U.S. Community Foundations.

2021 Financial Highlights

The Community Foundation manages assets of over $223 million as of December 31, 2021.  During 2021, $20.1 million was contributed to 1,078 charitable funds administered by the Community Foundation.  Through Community Foundation grantmaking programs and donor funds, $12.6 million was granted to 501 charitable causes.

Independent Auditor's Report

As a public charity, it is our fiduciary responsibility to ensure the accuracy of our financial statements. The Community Foundation retains an independent auditor to conduct an annual audit in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) and to express an opinion on the financial statements.

The IRS Form 990 is used by tax-exempt organizations and is required by the IRS to report all activities related to the organization's mission. Form 990-T is used by tax-exempt organizations to report unrelated business income.
