Welcome, New Board Members and 2024 Officers

With the start of the new year, the Community Foundation’s Board of Directors welcomed four new members, and 2024 officers began their tenure.

The new Directors bring a range of experiences and skills to the Community Foundation. Their diversity of perspectives will be a valuable contribution as the organization builds a new strategic plan in 2024. The new Directors include:

Jill Ackerman, Marion Chamber of Commerce

Ray Brown, ESCO Group

Craig Smith, Mt. Vernon Bank & Trust Company

Matthew Van Maanen, Aegon

Jasmine Almoayyed, Molly Altorfer, and Mike Sheeley completed their terms as Directors. The Community Foundation is thankful for the guidance and leadership these three provided during their years of service.

The new year also means new officers will lead the Board of Directors. The 2024 officers are:

Chair – Jon Landon, Shuttleworth & Ingersoll, P.L.C.

Chair-Elect – Michelle Neirmann, UnityPoint Health

Treasurer – David Little, CliftonLarsonAllen

Secretary – Anthony Arrington, Top RANK, LLC

Past-Chair – Diana Ledford, Forefold Ventures

Community Foundation staff and board look forward to a year of learning, connecting, and planning for the organization’s future. Thank you to all of our Directors, who volunteer their time and talents to strengthen Linn County.
