Dick and Kate Minette: Engaging the Next Generation

Dick and Kate Minette are first generation Community Foundation donors. “We have talked to our children very seriously about what we believe should be done with our family resources,” says Kate. They both see benefits to speaking with family early. “Don’t wait to have the discussions,” says Dick. “People who don’t have these conversations do a disservice to themselves, their families and the community.”
