Marshall—all former editors and partial owners of The Cedar Rapids Gazette. This fund provides scholarships for both students and teachers to attend summer workshops at the University of Iowa’s School of Journalism and Mass Communication with a June 1 deadline.    BOB V. BENGTSON GOOD CITIZENSHIP AWARD & SCHOLARSHIP For students at Truman Elementary School in Cedar Rapids Established in 1994 to provide annual recognition of an outstanding, last-year grade student enrolled at Truman Elementary School in the Cedar Rapids Community School District to assist with expenses for education beyond high school. Mr. Bengtson, a former teacher at Truman Elementary School, created this endowed program to encourage development in elementary students of those qualities and virtues exemplary of the best of American citizenship.
