Foundation President/CEO

The Greater Cedar Rapids Community Foundation is seeking a President/CEO. Requisites for this position include a strong leader capable of managing a highly skilled staff; a track record (eight to ten years experience desired) in establishing relationships with high net worth individuals to cultivate significant gifts both major and planned while at the same time relating to low-income, diverse, and underserved populations; a working knowledge of investments and ability to work with portfolio managers; and exceptional communications skills for fostering the characteristics described above in addition to establishing and maintaining relationships culturally and politically to advance the efforts and ideals of the foundation.
