Leash On Life unleashes BIG donations by supporting IHA’s mission to provide low cost spay and neuter services to Eastern Iowa.
When you shop either Leash On Life location in Iowa City or North Liberty, between July 8th-15th, you can take care of your pet’s needs
and help pets in need with a donation to IHA that will be matched
